About reviews
For the same product, you can only write one review even if the color and size are different. Please note that if you enter it again, it will be overwritten.
About coupons
Please select the coupon to use on the ordering screen.
For coupon codes distributed through email newsletters, LINE, etc., please enter and select the coupon code on the order procedure screen.
Coupons may have valid periods and conditions.

Member registration is free.

Returns/Exchanges
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if there is any defect or damage, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.
For returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, please return the product to us within one week after receiving the product. This is possible only if it is unopened and unused. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you wish to receive a refund, please include your bank account information (we will refund the amount minus the transfer fee)

How to choose size
Product sizes vary depending on the product and category, and the products on Harvey Online Store (this site) are measured according to our standards. The measurement points are different for each item, so please select the type of item and check the measurement points. Depending on the product, there may be slight errors or the size may differ from the size stated on the label attached to the product. Please note. For items other than underwear, we place the product flat on a flat table and measure the external dimensions. These are actual measurements and are not nude measurements. Underwear products are stretchy, so please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
Regarding long-term absence or refusal to receive
If the product is returned to you due to long-term absence or refusal to receive the product without contacting us, or if you repeatedly return the product due to the customer's convenience, we may not be able to accept your next order.
About product photos
The color of the product photo may look different from the actual product depending on your computer monitor settings. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Regarding concentration of orders
